The appeal was thought after the start of the reform advocacy and professions, after the statements of Tira on the possible new increase in the rate of the separate management and also seeing how the crisis affects the activities of practitioners who lack the protections and shock. They are young lawyers and practitioners, young architects, computer scientists, consultants, advertisers, researchers, designers, building managers, but also business consultants, trainers, translators, graphic artists, performers, librarians, wine, tax, archaeologists, editorial writers, restorers, cartoonists, writers, actors, musicians ... The second report and data management COLAP separate INPS indicate that the average age of non-regulated professions and those enrolled in managed separately INPS is about 41 years. The age group most represented is the one that goes from 35 to 40 years.
The 58.50% of non-regulated professions has a Diploma of High School while 31.80% have a degree or diploma in engineering. Among the graduates the qualification is the most abundant literature (14.47%), followed by language (13.21%) and a pedagogical one (11.95%) and loss (11.32%). A very significant number of unregulated profession carries out its work as a salaried employee, the employee only as 65.40% and 18.2% depend as well as collaborator with other companies or entities. The average net monthly income of non-regulated professions is 1200 €. Females and males earn around € 1285 around € 1135. With the necessary calculations can be deduced that the average income reported by non-regulated professional workers in the survey CoLAP is similar to the average annual gross income of registered professionals from research carried out by ISFOL PLUS, or 22,770 €. The professionals were brought in for different aspects
in recent months but the signals received from the measures adopted or being discussed are negative. For this it was necessary to see an initiative in the field along with the CGIL bodies and associations representing various professions and areas of activity but are united by the need to support policies and professional recognition.
